With increase of Kobe Beef export, the Association appointed Official Monitor Members for overseas. The Monitors perform activities for awareness of Kobe Beef abroad and for guidance. Mr. Riccardo Giraudi of GIRAUDI visited Japan to attend the certification ceremony. The certificate was conferred to him. He said, "In the EU, there is so much misunderstanding about Kobe Beef because of the absence of knowledge. I would like to spread a correct knowledge of genuine Kobe Beef.”
